I used my veryspecial beta -*test*-('")ing skills and broke it. XD
Here's how:
-First, I was having fun out running my objects.
-I got the great idea to travel multiple cells (the objects would come slowly)
-Then I decided to run until I found deep water, then see if the object would go into the water
-it took many cells, and I managed to lose it. Bored, I set down my pants, and used Tele to try and float them into the water. However, since it was still running on another object, the pants came to me normally. The other object never came.
And tele could not be used your way after all.
*Edits for lack of clarity*
Broke my infallable scripting huh?

Yep - that would be exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I may have to go as far as to cause the object to go back to its original position if the player moves too far away.
My guess is that you prematurely ended the Object script (by moving too many cells away), which prevented the main script from clearing and restarting. Moving between exterior cells has a way of screwing up coordinate data. I'm probably going to have to do a variety of things to prevent the player from "getting away" from their quary - adding a burden spell, lowering player speed, raising object speed. I don't call it a bug - it's a limitation I can't predict or work around. The only way to assure this problem doesn't occur is to handicap the player - don't worry, I'll role play it somehow.
The links don't work. This mod looks so cool.
