i got an idea, what about the community size mattering? eg. in the thread on the official forums, someone mentioned killing the person in the lighthouse, with no reprecussions, well, in a small community such as seyda neen, with no one EVER leaving town, they wouyld find out faster than, say, killing someone living in a st. olms house pod thing, probably some time the next month they would find out? like when someone come around to collect rent? or also important/ powerful people like in the quest where the ordinators being found dead would be found out quicker, it was all over the place, but it is understandable, caus the ordinators are bad @$$, but i can slaughter the minestry of truth, and no one will ever mention the situation again! but if say, for arguments sake, hul, the pauper in balmora is killed, will anyone really care? i mean, the guards will, but only because its their job. maybe he might have a few friend, who may come knocking on your door, and rival theives, everyone in morrowind is a saint! they never do any crime themselves! what about having a chance of finding a theif in a locked or noble house with random amounts of gold
